These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the mobile auto glass services provided by Bang AutoGlass (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By scheduling or receiving mobile services from Bang AutoGlass, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully, as they explain your rights and responsibilities when using our services.
1. Services Provided
Bang AutoGlass provides professional mobile windshield replacement, windshield repair, and auto glass services at your chosen location. All services are performed by qualified technicians using OEM-quality or equivalent materials. We do not operate any physical service shops; all work is performed on-site at the customer’s location.
2. Eligibility to Use Services
To schedule or authorize our services, you must:
Be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your state.
Provide accurate and complete information when booking services.
Be the registered owner of the vehicle, an authorized driver, or have permission from the owner to authorize repairs or replacements.
3. Estimates and Quotes
Price estimates are provided based on the details you supply when booking. Final pricing may vary depending on the actual vehicle condition, glass type, parts availability, and calibration needs. All quotes are valid for a limited time and subject to change if new information is discovered at the time of service.
4. Payments and Billing
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.
We accept cash, credit cards, debit cards, and, when applicable, insurance payments.
If insurance is used, you are responsible for any deductibles or non-covered charges.
Non-payment may result in late fees, collection activities, or legal action.
5. Insurance Claims
As a courtesy, Bang AutoGlass may help with the submission of insurance claims, but we are not responsible for verifying coverage or approving claims. All insurance-related disputes must be resolved directly with your insurance provider.
6. Warranties and Limitations
Windshield Replacement Warranty: We offer a limited warranty covering defects in workmanship and materials for as long as you own the vehicle.
Exclusions: Damage caused by accidents, misuse, vandalism, natural disasters, or additional impact after service is not covered.
Repair Disclaimer: Rock chip and crack repairs are intended to prevent further spreading. We do not guarantee perfect optical clarity or that a repaired area will never spread further.
7. ADAS Recalibration
If your vehicle is equipped with Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS), recalibration may be necessary after windshield replacement. While we may facilitate recalibration, it is ultimately your responsibility to confirm that calibration has been properly performed. Driving without recalibration may affect safety system performance.
8. Mobile Service Requirements
Because our services are 100% mobile, you agree to provide a safe and legal location for the work. The site must include:
A flat, stable surface such as a driveway or parking lot
Adequate clearance and space to access the vehicle safely
Compliance with local ordinances or property rules regarding service vehicles
We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe, unsuitable, or unlawful.
9. Liability Limitations
Bang AutoGlass is not responsible for pre-existing damage to your vehicle unrelated to auto glass service.
We are not liable for delays caused by weather, traffic, supply shortages, or circumstances beyond our control.
In no event shall Bang AutoGlass be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. Cancellations and Rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule by contacting us at least 24 hours before your appointment. Missed appointments or last-minute cancellations may be subject to a fee.
11. Privacy

12. Changes to Terms
