1) Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our websites (including bangautoglass.com and related pages), using our customer portal, requesting a quote, scheduling service, submitting forms, or otherwise interacting with Bang AutoGlass (“Bang AutoGlass,” “we,” “us,” “our”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2) Services, Quotes, and Scheduling
Bang AutoGlass provides mobile auto glass services, including in Florida and Arizona. Quotes are estimates based on the information you provide and may change after vehicle inspection, parts availability, insurer requirements, or additional service needs. Appointment times are not guaranteed and may change due to parts delays, weather, traffic, staffing, or insurer approvals.

3) Customer Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate contact, vehicle, and scheduling information. If you submit photos or files, you represent you have the right to provide them and they do not violate any third-party rights.

4) Communications (Phone, SMS, and Email)
When you provide your phone number and/or email address, you authorize Bang AutoGlass to contact you for service-related purposes such as quotes, scheduling, reminders, updates, billing/insurance coordination (if applicable), and customer support, subject to your preferences and applicable law.

5) Mobile Messaging Terms (SMS/MMS)
If you opt in to receive text messages from Bang AutoGlass:

  • Program Purpose: We may send texts related to quotes, appointment scheduling/reminders, service updates, and customer support. If you separately opt in, we may also send promotional/marketing texts.

  • Message Frequency: Message frequency varies.

  • Fees: Msg & data rates may apply.

  • Opt-Out: Reply STOP to cancel at any time. You may receive one final confirmation text.

  • Help: Reply HELP for help, or contact us at 8773505962 or management@bangautoglass.com.

  • Sending Numbers: Messages may be sent from 8773505962.

  • Consent Not Required: Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase.

  • Carrier Disclaimer: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

6) Email Marketing
If you opt in to marketing emails, each marketing email will include an unsubscribe method. You can also request removal by contacting us (see Section 11). We may still send non-marketing emails related to your request or service (e.g., appointment confirmations, receipts, or support).

7) Privacy Policy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information and is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

8) Third-Party Links
Our Services may link to third-party sites. We do not control and are not responsible for their content or practices. Accessing third-party services is at your own risk.

9) Disclaimers
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bang AutoGlass will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the Services, your use of the website, or communications (including SMS/email). To the extent liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the minimum amount permitted by law.
